Lewis needed Blossom.
"I suppose when I was little, I didn't know what it was like to feel well, so didn't know that being tired all the time and feeling droopy, and not wanting to run around wasn't normal. I also had eczema, and I've still got scars on my legs and arms from scratching at it.
My mum did her best to help but sometimes I remember just crying as she cuddled me. Obviously the scars don't hurt anymore but I do still remember feeling hurt by other people - mainly children, but also some grown ups - who made me feel stupid for not being sporty or not wanting to show people my sore legs and arms in PE.
I'm at sixth form now and doing science A levels, and then I want to go to university. I would love to go into science, research or medicine; or become a teacher perhaps."
